b87 suzuki 115 water warning beeper and rev limiter kicks in at 14 throttle

it has a good water pump &#40

it has a good water pump (pee's very good). on the oil gauge the water light is on and the beeper in the throttle control is on. how do i get it to go off??? and the rev limiter in also kicking in a about 1/4 throttle.

Be careful. Our DT115 'pee'd' well also but we recently seized no. 2 piston. Found the hub inside the pump impeller that is keyed to the pump drive shaft was turning inside the rubber impeller and so the engine was getting less water than it required. Neither the buzzer nor the water warning light indicated a problem. Rather expensive.
