"just got this thing, wouldnt die,pulled clip nothing, adjusted dial on end of tiller, nothing,any suggestions? also is pull lever on front a choke?,prev owner said it was a primer& to pull it in& out few times to start,is this correct? seems like a choke, when motor is running/cooling should water exit the back in a stream or spray like a shower? other motors i've owned had a stream. shaft was very hot, and water exiting i'm worried i got took, any help would b great thank you"

"thanks 4 the help guys,its in the shop water pump, fried wiring harness that had been rigged, short in stick kill, cracked plunger,that had been rigged, i learned a lesson, trust nobody you dont know, and half that you do!!"
