I thought all those with B100's would have answered this by now.
I assume you are able to remove the pump and disassemble ok. To remove the diaphrapm from the push rod....depress the pushrod and turn the diaphram until the end of the diaphram is parallel with the opening in the pushrod. The diaphram should then come out.
To put the new diaphram in, just do the opposite. While you are compressing the spring and the pushrod, put the end of the diaphram in the slot then turn it until it ends up 90 degrees from where it started. Release everything and push in the push rod to make sure the spring loading works.
