Auxialary charging lead?

Would a 2004 BF150 have an Aux charging lead? I'm guessing not.

Thank you,

No auxiliary charging leads. I am assuming that since you have twins, you may also want to charge a house battery. There are probably many ways to accomplish this but Honda recommends using voltage sensitive relays to charge the house battery while running. Once the motor stops, the relay deactivates and the house battery is on its own.

This arrangement is one way to do it. It provides switches for all the batteries and also a way to emergency parallel the batteries for starting purposes.

Battery Distribution Cluster - Dual Outboard Motor

Dual Engine Battery Distribution Cluster has the same features as the Single Cluster but is designed for twin engine installations. The assembly includes Port Start, Starboard Start, Emergency Parallel and House battery switches, and two voltage sensitive relays.

Thanks for the reply and confirming my thoughts. The distribution cluster is exactly how I intended to solve my issues.

Twin150....

I see that the enclosure is an SSI, but I can not find it on their website. Is it something that you put together yourself? Or, was it a special order or OEM part?

Any part number? That may be something I can use on a future rigging.

One thing I found that was interesting in my search...the BEP (the manufactures of those battery switches) website shows that they have those switches that are remotely controlled. A pretty slick way to operate the battery switch when you have to put the battery switch in a hard to get to location. They are not cheap...but pretty cool.

Sorry Mike, holidays and all......
i actually have have one complete extra pice exactly like the one I used. I don't think they sell it anymore. Let me know if you want it. I payed 139. I'd sell for 100.

Thanks for the offer. I don't have a need at this time. I just wanted to have a source in case the need comes up. It seems that no repower is the same.
