Auto vs Marine Distributor for a B21 motor Do they interchange

Is the Bosch JF4 Distributor o

Is the Bosch JF4 Distributor on my B21 block the same as a Bosch Distributor on a Volvo car with the B21 block?

My engine is (formerly) AQ140a converted back to a single downdraft Solex carb. Basically an AQ125 with an oil cooler.
