Audio alarm after sandbar encouter?

Hi, After running into a sand bar the audio alarm will trigger after running motor intermitanly. My owners manual says that low oil pressure or engine temperature can be the cause of this. when the alarm triggers my temperature guage is normal and the oil pressure guage says that's okay. Dose anyone having any thoughts on this. My engine is Volvo Penta 5.7 Gi-b. 2004.

Make shure guages are working properly,

try tapping the alarm wit handle of screwdriver and see ifit is hung up.Not hard just firm!!If not then trace the wiringand see if for some reason the jolt from sand bar made a wire become positive all the time.A bare wire touching metal.Try this before you spend alot of money.
