I’m officially flipping at a loss. I have some experience with outboards but am by no means a guru. Recently (this month) I had the boat out and she was running ok. Cruising around 10-15 mph was solid. Anything past the it sounded like a rev limiter. My dock is in a pretty long no wake zone so it ran for about 15 min before I could put it up on power. Once I noticed the issue I headed back to the dock. Right as I pulled up to the dock she died. No spark. Got back to the house and troubleshooting began. Shot out everything and got parts on order. To this point I’ve replaced the stator, rectifier, powerpack, and optical sensor. Still no power to the orange leads on the powerpack. What am I missing there’s nothing left in the ignition system to change plus my wife is on the brink of killing me with all these damn parts. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I have the same model and had similar problem. I ended up replacing the shift interrupt switch (BRP 0585013). If your outboard is going into SLOW mode, it might be overheating - which leads to fried powerpacks. I replaced both port and starboard temperature switches as well.

Lastly, see this really helpful clip on youtube to diagnose ignition problems, it might give you some ideas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-6FeYF7gKE
