Are they studs in the transom shield?

The bolts that go through the transom that are in the transon shield, im assuming they are studs, but my mechanic wants to confirm they are studs before he tries to remove them? My boats been out of the water to long. I need to get moving on this. Its an 08 alpha leg.

Ayuh,....... Most of 'em are studs, the bottom 2 might be aluminum bolts,.....
