Firstly I want to apologise for posting this in the wrong section, but could not find the correct one!
I have just recently bought a 14hp Archimedes Penta outboard. It was previously used with a remote, however I have bought the engine with no remote or tiller.
I would like to install a tiller, as I would like to use the engine on my rib - inflatable boat.
Upon looking for a tiller, I could not find any information about what to use etc? Are tiller's univeral or do they need to be specific to brand? I could not find an archimedes tiller.
Is it easy to convert the remote outboard setup to a tiller setup?
Any information is useful as I am new to boating!
