AQ260 Exhaust Manifoild Hose length

Hi Rick,
I'm replacing my manifolds and risers. Going to be using new hose as well, and know that the Volvo part is short. What length should I get for each side, or is just so that they don't clamp and affect the water discharge? Is there too far up the manifold to go?

When I've done non standard... No crimps in hose and far enough up "pipe" for two clamps, spaced at least one half clamp width apart and from end of hose and another clamp width up from end of "pipe".
