AQ151 problem !!

Hi, I have a Gobbi with 2 aq151 and a 250 leg.

The problem is that the port engine has a very inconstant idling a almost always stops wnhen most needed (manouvering).

Also and most important when at sea the engine doesn't go over 3000 rpm, and
at this point make noises like popcorns on the oven.

At neutral none of this hapens ( noise ) and the rev counter goes up normaly.

Already changed the plugs, and the problem maintains.

The other engine works fine.

what can it be?

I already changed the spark plugs and the behaviour is the same.

i believe that the sintoms are similar to the ones that other users had with carburetors.

I ordered kits to clean them up. Can anyone tell me if this is the way to go?

It seems that the only sure cure for your problem is upgrading to a single Weber carb and intake manifold. Search the forum for the word "Weber".
