Okay, here is my problem:
my boat wont start but it turns over and there's spark going to all the plugs. When i look under the distributor cap, one of the contacts doesn't show signs of arching. I believe its the back cylinder. If i converted to the electric ignition, would this fix my problem? Also, that rear spark plug hole is beginning to strip, what's the easiest way to fix it?
i have a 1981 Bayliner Mutiny 1700 with a AQ145a engine and a 280 outdrive
