AQ145a inlet manifold

Hi, does anyone know if the inlet manifold on an AQ145a, which I believe is a B23 engine, is the same as a B20. I am considering changing the carbs from Solex to Weber downdraft and I am having trouble getting a manifold(s).

No, they're totally different animals. The B20 is a standard "pushrod" engine while the B23 is overhead cam.

Hi Joe, Thanks for the reply. I appreciate that the engines are very different in their operation, my question was really only about the inlet manifold and would a B20 manifold migrate onto a B23?
