AQ140A cam seal

So I lost the timing belt the other day and figured I would try to stop a small oil leak while I'm working on the front end of the motor. So can I just pry out the old cam seal and drive a new one in? And I'm also going to do the crank and intermediate seals, the large bolt in the end of the crank is right hand thread correct? Thanks guys!!!

For the cam seal replacement is better if you just remove the bearing cap. And yes, the middle bolt in the crankshaft is right-hand thread.

O.K. I was a little worried about pulling it with the valve train still under pressure from the springs.

Just put #1 cylinder on tdc at the end of the compression stroke so that none of the cam lobes touch the cam followers.
