Aq130c solex 44 pa1 help

Hey ther I'm rebilding my solex carbs after the float stuck and spit gas all over my motor any how there's a over flow tube but don't know where it goes and cat find anything on line about it this is my frist boat and any help would be nice
 
the tube goes from the fuel pump to the carb, in case the pump diaphram fails it won't dump gasoline into your sump or the bilge. It pumps it back through the carb. It should be a clear tube so that if you can see gas in it you know that your fuel pump has failed.
 
I believe the OP posted this on another forum. We determined that he had a carb, or the top of a carb, from a newer engine. The AQ130s didn't have that line from the fuel pump to the carb, but the newer OHC engines did.
