AQ130C Cylinder head cracks

"Hi to all , I'm brand new to the site and brand new to boat ownership. Day two of ownership I discovered the cylinder head was cracked in numerous locations. AQ130C. This was not too big of a surprise. Can anyone suggest a source for a replacement head? internet searches so far have yielded little. 30 years ago I worked on a neighbors volvo car, this AQ130 head looks mighty similar are they interchangable with automobile engine B20B? heads? thanks in advance! only 6 more months to boating weather.
