Can I put the head off a 130a on a 130c

"Doug,I just noticed on e bay a guy is selling a volvo aq130c block & he allso states in his listing that the c block is the same as volvo aq130 A .So going by that sugestion i would say the 130 A head should fit the 130 C .You could go on to ebay & give him some questions on it.I have a 130c in my boat & it runs well.Good luck ."

"Thanks for the info Bruce. My AQ130c has one bad intake valve. I happen to have another complete engine which is also an AQ130, being an "A" series I believe. Rather than buying a new valve at around 100 dollars, I am thinking of just swapping heads."
