aq125 pouring antifreeze out of hole in block on bottom of rear intake manifold

hi. i bought a used aq125, put it in, put antifreeze in and it started pouring out at rear of intake manifold. took off manifold and it has the wrong gasket on it. it doesn't cover the hole where the antifreeze is coming out. my question is, does that hole need a plug in it or is the new gasket i ordered all i need to stop it from leaking. thanks, BILL

Most engines have welch plugs, core plugs that only fail if they are steel or have had freeze damage
