AQ 130 C alternator

First time poster - Does anyone know where I can order a isolation diode for a Sev Motorola 14v 71470302 isolation diode? It is on a red heat sink on the back of the alternator. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Afraid I don't know where to get the specific part but you might want to try a local automotive electric shop. They probably have bins full of parts for when they rebuild starters and alternators.
