Aq 115100b prop size

I have AQ115 with a 100b outdr

I have AQ115 with a 100b outdrive at the moment it has a 13x13 prop at full speed it pulls 5100 rpm but it stays on plane from about 3300 rpm and i tend to cruse around at 4200rpm.
My question is should it reach max engine rpm which is stated as 5400 rpm for this engine with this prop? and also i have the chance of obtaining a 14x15 High speed prop which i thought would be a good prop for when i have put on the webber twin choke convershion for next season (am U.K based)should the webber carb give me much more power over the single solex for the larger prop??

I ment to say above the boat is a 17 foot Draco and it weighs about 700KG

"you have got it running almost perfect there, just remember to cruise at 300 rpm below full revs and it will not have any problems, i have the same outfit in an 18ft deep v half cab with a 13x14 and i only get 4600 flat out, but i cruise at 3800 rpm very nicely, i have a 13x10 for towing. the 13x10 gets 5200 rpm."
