"Recently I posted on the forum for help locating a shift interrupt switch for my 97 looper. JWBMarine gave me the part number in no time!
I have installed the switch, and unless it is my imagination, the engine cranks much much better, cold and hot,idles better, and even seems to run MUCH better overall. In looking at the wiring diaghram it appears all the the overall ignition voltage passes through this switch.
