Anyone have a manual?

I have an 84 Evinrude 25 hp outboard. Starts and runs great but two of the knuckles on the throttle rod are broken off so when the tiller arm is down, the throttle slips. The gear on the tiller arm and on the motor side of the throttle rod (not sure of terminology) are fine. Just the knuckle end right where the tiller arm hinges has two missing knuckles.

Im looking for some images and instructions from a manual to see how to remove it to either replace it or have it repaired.

Any help?

Try looking up some parts break downs and maybe you'll get some ideas on how to take it apart.

Did one better, took it to an old outboard mechanic, once he saw my problem, he pulled one from another old parts motor he had and showed me how he did it. Now my problem is the darned retaining screw on my motor is seized and wont budge. Might have to drill it out. Dont want to pay a pro to do it, but may have to...
