Anybody know what part this is? Found it in the bottom under the cowling…

Engine is a 2007 Yamaha Vmax 150 carbureted non-HPDI, found this part sitting in the bottom of the engine but no clue what it is or where it goes…

Almost looks like part of the electric choke,plunger and linkage.I'm not real familar with Yamaha outboards though.
