Ok i got the shifting problem

Ok i got the shifting problem fixed.thanks for the help on that joe.so now i can idle out to the lake but when i throttle up it bogs down and dies .so what do you think joe

"Paul... You'll need to refresh my memory as to what this engine is and the past problem that has since been corrected. Normally, bogging down when throttle is applied is due to one of the following causes to name a few:

1 - A air leak at some point in the fuel line resulting in the fuel pump drawing air.
2 - A sticking anti siphon valve located at the top fitting of a built in fuel tank.
3 - The timer base under the flywheel is sticking at a retart spark position.
4 - The carburetors are fouled, gummed, varnished, which results in a lean restricted fuel mixture.
