Anodes on '1983 Evinrude 70hp

Can someone tell me if there are sacrificial anodes on an '83 Evinrude 70hp? I don't see anything on the gearcase that appears to be one. Motor will be used in fresh water only.

Zinc anodes available as accessories it seems.

The rear one, #6, fits in the cavity above the AV plate in place of a filler block. Front one, #5, bolts to front fin above the AV plate

However only zinc anodes listed. They are not effective in fresh or brackish water. If you need an anode in fresh water it must be magnesium. Aluminium in brackish water.
