Anodes need to be replaced 2000 5.0

"I just purchased a 2000 Bayliner 2050LX with a 5.0L Mercruiser (220 HP) and the previous owner assured me that the boat has never been in salt water. The sacrificial anodes look "worn" to me, but I don't really have the experience to know for sure. Picture attached ... advice appreciated.
