Alpha One Trim Ram / Cylinder Question

Hi All,

I have an Alpha One Gen II and have trim rams / cylinders that have failed.

Part Numbers 815935-1 and 815954-1.....

Best I can tell these tubes are 15 7/8"

I can get the Gen I rams / cylinders (14034-1 and 14035-1, with tubes measuring 16 3/16") which use the rubber bushings, washers and nuts. These bushings and washers will be too thick for my current existing front and rear anchor pins which use little washers and c-clips.

Here are my questions....

Does anyone know which front and rear anchor pins I can use, part number etc? I thought about trimming the edges of the bushings down to get them to fit but I think I will be metal to metal if I do that.

And, will the length of the rams be a problem in any way?

Ayuh,.... What, Exactly is wrong with the original rams,..??
They are rebuildable ya know....

If yer's are so trashed they can't be rebuilt,...
Find a set of the Right rams...

Cobbin' in what you've got is only goin' to be constant Problems...
