alpha 1 out drive

I'm going to look at an alpha 1 out drive first gen tomorrow, I'm wondering what a fair price to pay would be? Also whats some things too look at when buying?

If your intent is to keep this boat longer then a couple of years then the above is the way to go.

A brand new SEI is only $1300. with a 3 year no fault warranty..
