Alpha 1 gen2 lower unit

Hi everyone my question is I damaged one teeth on the carrier retainer nut training to take it out .now I Realize That the problem was the propeller and it’s nothing wrong with my lower unit. Should I be worried about the damage tooth? I don’t know How important adult tooth on the retainer

as long as you didnt loosen it, then no worries. to save any additional damage you drill 2 holes and knock it out and replace with a new one

Hi thanks for the answer,no I was not able to loose the nut , So I can just leave it the way it is no problem
