were does the tilt trim wire c

were does the tilt trim wire come threw to run the guage guage doesn't work trying to wire missing from guage an none lose under dash

"comes through the transom, 4 wires, 2 for the trim sender, and 2 for the trim gauge. on the trim gauge 1 wire goes to ground the other up to the gauge through the harness.
