My stupid motor alarm goes on

My stupid motor alarm goes on and off by just going over waves. thoought it was fuel overheat. Man was i shocked got all stuff going good just to hit a wave and have the nightmare start again. also goes off when trying to turn to tight. IS THERE SOMETHING I'M MISSING. all wires appear to be sodered and have got connection. chased all wires no sign of short.

"i have a johson 6 cyl. I replaced fuel filter and cleaned my lines,tank, and carbs got good fuel flow. checked thrmo. motor not getting hot. water out of motor is still cool not even warm to the touch. my ignition is in the dash. the box is a little black thing behind my gauges with 4/5 wires. pretty sure its only 4 wires. also when it goes off the rest of my gauges go bannas. sorry i didn't specify the fuel overheat. them are things i already checked out. my vro pump is also working good got plenty of oil on plugs.(had one fool out and it was covered) In addition the amount of oil i burn matrches the fuel i use fo 50:1 ratio or close enough."
