Alarm issue

On my 3 liter 2005 Mercruiser engine I have had an issue with the alarm sounding for no apparent reason. Can be under laod just crusing or towing skier and the alarm will sound and may continue for 15-20 bseconds and then it may repeat several minutes later or even earlier at times. No issues that I can find with the temperature, pressure or lube sensors and switches. Ben putting up with this for the last two seasons and still working with it after replacing some of the sensors and switches. its a TKS system so the alarm sounds when the ignition is turned on and then goes off after the engine starts. I was thinking today if its possible the issue is related to the "system" that allows the alarm to sound when the ignition switch is turned on instead of being due to some faulty sensor switch? Anybody had any similiar experiences?

There is no system that makes it sound when starting. This is the oil pressure switch no seeing any oil pressure when ignition is on without engine running or during starting. It’s either the temp switch , oil pressure switch or gear lube level switch. You can disconnect these one by one see if it makes the alarm go away. Each one of these switches will make a connection to ground ( engine block) when they close. These switches are separate units from the gauge sending units .
 
What's most baffling to me is that when it starts to alarm its continuous for the 1--20 seconds and then abruptly stops. If it was a short 1-2 second alarm I could understand an intermittent short like a contact between wire and ground due to motion of the boat causing wire to temporarily touch the engine or some other bare wire that is grounded.
