Can I use an AGM battery for my 60 hp Honda?

Yes but are they available for marine use, I assume they are. For marine use, a battery is designed to be used to run things like bilge pumps etc when the engine is not running, so the battery can discharge and recharge frequently without being damaged. They are not just being used to start an engine like in a car.
