Advice on pulling flywheel

I've pulled a couple and this one is pretty stuck. It's the 57 18hp Evinrude. I removed the flywheel nut and inspection cover screws. I have a small puller but it's not the OEM tool. I did this a couple of weeks back on the 9.5 project with a cordless impact driver to torque the puller and light tap with a wooden handle and it popped off. Not so much luck with this one.

Any tricks or advice would be appreciated.

Same thing as the 9.5. Tighten it tighter and use a real hammer (not a sledgehammer, and just light raps, don't bash it)
Oh and lift up on the flywheel while tapping the puller.

I found a thick walled aluminum pipe and used it with a claw hammer to keep from marring the flywheel. Finally popped off. I'll start another thread with what I found (looks really bad). Thanks for the help.
