Adjust idle on 86b 57L Alpha 1

"Ok I finally got this thing up and running and from what I can tell I may need to up the idle a bit. It currently idles at about 4 - 500 rpm low and kinda rough, more than likely due to the low idle. how can I adjust the idle on this thing. It has a Manchester carb.

"Never heard of a manchester carb, how about a Rochester Quadrajet 4v carb. There is a throttle stop adjustment screw for idle adjustment on the carb under the throttle arm. About 800 rpm in neutral, warm engine."
