"I have a 83 crusader, raw water cooled, which was always on a lake, well maintained, runs great. Now its on the ocean, and although I always rinse the engine down after running, I'm considering adding a closed cooling system. One guy said that with the age of my engine, its not worth the cost (8-1000), and should just wait to replace the engine when it goes. Is it worth it to put it on now on a 22 year old engine?"
