"I have a 26 dusky with a single 1985 270 crusader, I would like to find some way to add more horse power - motor runs great with no problems. It dosnt push the boat that well. 40-50 hp increase would be perfect."

I opted to due a complete repower going with a Crusader Classic engine.Rated between 300 and 315 hp it made a huge difference in performance.Also seems to be easier on fuel.Turned my old boat into a whole new animal! No regrets,I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
