Acceptable compression?

Hi all, Any one quote what acceptable compression levels would be for a 1965 Johnson 9.5? I may be considering one for purchase.

about 75 PSI -------Check that spark jumps 1/4" gap or more.---Look for an antivibration kit.----Identified by a bracket on the carburetor and one off the exhaust manifold.----Ask owner if coils were replaced.----Install a new impeller if you buy it.
