a little help on a 3.0

I know this is probly somewhere on the site but i cannot seem to find it and my book is over 3 hours away. I am looking for the point and duell setting along with timing on a 1985 omc 3.0 with a stringer drive. Is there anyone that can help. Thanks

29-31 on the dwell meter. I think??? the timing is set at 8
