"I know this has been covered a couple times but Im trying to remove the stop screw to put out the 13.2 hp from the higher revs. It is a 2006 9.9hp and I looked around for the yellow screw to remove, but did not see it. Is this modification even possible on a 2006 motor and could anyone give me more specific details as to where to find this screw to remove? thanks!"
