I really need a manual for my 9.9 sea king. The serial number is 38X 23119. I believe it's a 1983 motor made by Montgomery Wards

"I finally found a manual, but it's real general. I bought the impeller kit from you guys and installed it. still no water coming out of the holes. It's seems like the head gets pretty hot within 1 minute or two, Is it possible it could be plugged up somewhere. My dad said he ran it into a sand bar. when i replaced the impellor I couldn't see any mud caked up anywhere? One more thing I'm trying to find a return spring for my pull start motor, could you help me out? Thnaks
