Lost spark on bottom cylinder, changed plugs, replaced all 3 coils, replaced power pack, still a miss on bottom cylinder and barely enough power to put on trailer. Any suggestions?

All 3 between 135-140 psi

Does spark jump a gap of at least 3/8" on each lead?-----Carburetor orifice plugs confirmed clean ?----That item is found in the bottom of the float bowl.---Reed valves checked?----Checked if cylinder sleeve rotated.----Rare but it does happen.
