"I have two 1999 Yamaha 9.9 4strokes on a sailing cat. If left for more than a few days one will not rotate unless bumped on the starter a number of times, appears to be seized. I have tried it with the plugs out, and turning it by hand but no better. The engines have done less than 150hrs."
