"Hey all, I bought a used 99 Johnson 35hp/3cyl pull start/tiller that probably sat up for a while before I got it. It would start after alot of pulling and then run poorly. Had a tune up done w/o rebuilding the carbs. Problem now is it will not start and run with the choke on, cuts off after idling for 2-3 mins, and is very difficult to re-start. Has new OEM fuel bulb,plugs and had carb/throttle linkage adjusted to factory specs. Carb re-build?"
