it only does this about 90% of the time. if you ease on the throttle, sometimes it wont bogg down , please help. "
 
Sounds like trash in the carb

Sounds like trash in the carbs. Has the motor been siting up?

"I just got it about a year ago, im not sure how long it sat up before that. i drained the tank
and replaced all fuel lines before running. it ran good for the first couple trips then started acting up, i ran carb cleaner and cleaned the jets, changed bulb 2 days ago, but havent ran it yet hope that works if not ill put it in shop to get carbs cleaned, unless its an easy fix.
