"I have a 9.8 76 with new plugs, rebuilt carb, including float good spark. It starts every time but wont stay idleing unless I constantly pull the choke out for a second. Everything in carb is very clean. Took out the Ildle jet and its clean. when I ajust the Idle screw, I can get it too run but way too high. HELP"
