Hello everyone I'm having a problem with my 98 mariner 2 stroke 50. When I take off WOT the engine acts like it does not have power and is slow to climb rpm. After about 5 - 7 sec the rpms climb fast and it has all plenty of power. I have cleaned the carbs and adjusted them to the best I know how. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
