97 venom voltage problems

i have changed stator,powerpack, and voltage regulator. Got good fire only when i let off ignition switch.Changed ignition switch and still the same problem.It is a 97 200 venom

Disconnect the main engine connector and jump the starter solenoid. Make sure you have the water hooked up and on if the boat is not in the water. If the engine starts and runs, the problem is in your wiring to the helm or ignition switch. Leave the key in the off position and plug the harness back in to shut the engine down.
