Hey guys,
Motor:
97 Mercury 2-stroke 20 HP
2 cylinder 1 carb
Ran great last year all the way up until storage. Didn’t winterize like I normally do. It fires up and runs but the idle is rough. If I give it throttle, it is smooth. Almost as if it idles on only 1 cylinder. Brand new power pack, coil, plugs. I get blue spark on both cylinders. Compression is 120 110 (not the greatest). Below is a picture of the plugs after about 2 hours of run-time. Right plug is bottom cylinder. I believe it’s either a carb or fuel issue? Where do I start? Will seafoam help me out here? Can I still run it with a slightly rough idle?

Thanks
