While troubleshooting a fuel issue(another thread) I ran into an electrical problem that may be the original problem and it went from bad to worse. It looked like I wasn’t getting spark on 2 plugs ( top on starboard and bottom on port). Pull it out of the water and into the garage. When I went to check spark I couldn’t turn it over. Found blown main fuse. Replaced and immediately blew again. Disconnected connector to the ignition and did not blow fuse. Somehow got it all reconnected without blowing the fuse. When I turn the key to ON position the voltage to the accessory slowly goes up. When it gets to about 8 volts the alarm self test cycles a couple times and seems to complete. Voltage only gets to a little over 10 v after a few minutes and if I try to turn the motor over it drops a bit and starts the self test again. I checked continuity from the switch back to the connector at the motor and it all checked out
What might cause this? No troubleshooting guide covers this weirdness.
Any ideas are appreciated
Thanks
